RBSLL (Rehoboth Beach Summer Lacrosse League) is
voluntary and that I will comply with the rules and
policies of the RBSLL. I assume all risks and
hazards incidental to RBSLL participation, including
transportation to and from the games: and I do hereby
waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold
harmless the RBSLL, its principals, organizers,
sponsors, participants, and persons transporting my child
to or from activities,
AND OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF HUDSON FIELDS
for any claim arising out of injury to my child. |
