FREE ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC!

The eleventh anniversary Delaware Resorts Home & Land Expo will be held in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware at the REHOBOTH BEACH CONVENTION CENTER on Rehoboth Avenue.  Dates for this year’s event are Saturday and Sunday March 29th and 30th.  Last year’s Expo attracted nearly 1500 visitors over two days to see the latest in the resort area home market, and home related goods and services.  Visitor hours are Saturday 9am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm.  Plenty of free parking is available at the Convention Center.

The Expo is sponsored by the Internet magazines RehobothToday.com and LewesToday.com, along with the Cape Gazette, the popular Cape region resort area weekly newspaper, and Comcast Spotlight.

The most successful REAL ESTATE, DEVELOPERS, BUILDERS, MORTGAGE and HOME SERVICES companies in the Delaware resort area will be featured all under one roof and at

NO CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC!

Visitors to the Expo will enjoy the convenience of reviewing the area’s premier real estate and home service values while receiving free gifts and participation in prize drawings.  Refreshments will also be available.

According to Bob Benson, President of RehobothToday.com, and Expo founder,  “We aggressively promote the Expo weeks in advance throughout the north and mid-Atlantic regions, and are always amazed at the distance some folks travel to visit the show.”

The Expo is designed to appeal to both local and prospective residents who live a distance away, and consequently find it difficult to get the “lay of the land”.  Local residents considering a new home, renovation, or addition will also find the Expo valuable for shopping these services.

"If you live more than 100 miles away, you'd have to make several expensive trips over a long period of time to get all of the information the Expo will provide, and there's no admission fee", explained Benson.  "Another benefit is that the visitor gets to proceed on their terms and schedule, and with whom they would like to work, rather than being obligated to the person they just happen to get on the phone when they call for information", Benson added.

For anyone considering a home purchase, investment property, or retirement living in eastern Sussex County, Delaware, today or on the horizon, the Delaware Resorts Home & Land Expo will definitely ease the decision-making process and enable them to make the move with greater confidence.

"Communicating the message of local commerce and community organizations to visitors from afar is what REHOBOTH TODAY and LEWES TODAY are all about," stated Benson. "Creating, sponsoring, and promoting the 2007 Delaware Resorts HOME & LAND EXPO demonstrates our commitment to deliver a premium value, not only to our customers but to the entire community", Benson concluded.

With last year's Expo a sell-out, and most of those exhibitors returning, potential new exhibitors should call or email Bob Benson at 302-645-0225 as soon as possible.   Visitor questions should be directed to Benson too.
